GENERAL INFO
The 65A was released in April 1959 fist in a B4 box. It shows a large drawing of the model in red, with left model numbers near the model and the right model number quite far away from it. A b5 version also exists. Like a few other models, a second major variation was also released in both B4 and B5 sub-types. This variation depicts a smaller model with background. Model numbers are more equally distanced from the model.
Before 65A was discontinued, it was also released in a C type box. It used the same design as the late B type issue, but the model numbers a away from the model.
All boxes were available in size 3 only. In all cases, the model is described as “3.4 Litre Jaguar”. No “NEW MODEL boxes were ever made.
RARITY
There is no specific rare box for this model known. However C box are usually more desired.
