GENERAL INFO

The BRM Racing Car replaced the Maserati Racing car in September 1965. Released in E1, E3 and E4 boxes, it showed the model facing left with yellow hubs and black tires as well as a number 5 on a dark blue body. The E1 box was available with and without the NEW MODEL on end flaps.

The F boxes, all of F2 sub-type, have three different variations. The first shows the model facing right, and the model is smaller. The two others show it facing left, like the E boxes, which actually look very similar. The boxes showing the model facing left were made with the bottom lettering “ALP” and “LPC”. Also, while the F box facing right has blank end flap closers, the ones facing left have “TM” on them.

All boxes for the 52B are size 5.

RARITY

For the E boxes, the NEW MODEL one is less common. The F boxes are all less common then E boxes, but the one facing right is scarcer.
