GENERAL INFO

The 50A is another model that came in B, C and D boxes. The first variation, a B2 sub-types, has a front different from its back; the model numbers are more to the left of the box on one side. This box is also a blue square box. The second variation, a B3 sub-type, has both sides identical and reuse the same drawing and picture of one of the sides of the B2 box.

The C Box as the same model drawing, but it is slightly to the left of the Lesney scroll. Numbers are also more distant from the model than the B boxes.

D boxes were available in both D1 and D2 sub-types. It shoes the model in red and greyish white. While B5 and C boxes describe the model as “Commer Pick-up”, D boxes indicate “COMMER PICK-UP MK VIII” on end flaps.

All boxes were of size 3.

RARITY

D boxes are less common and more sought after. C boxes can also be a little harder to come by.
