GENERAL INFO
The 43C appeared in 1968 in a NEW MODEL E4 box. The ramp looks black – some may say very dark brown – with yellow tow and a horse about to get in while another one is already embarked. The E4R box either came with a black or light brown ramp, while the rest stays the same. The NEW MODEL is absent on both variations.
The F box is similar, but the ramp is gray and the tow is dark, most likely dark green. It came with the ALP bottom lettering and “TM” on end flap closers.
RARITY
The F box is a little less common, but far from being rare. Difficult to say which one of the E boxes is less common, but the light ramp may be it.
