GENERAL INFO

The 37C came in 1966 in a “NEW MODEL” E3 box. The picture shows brown cows and the model with yellow cab and light gray box. Another variation of this box exists without the NEW MODEL on end flaps. For some reasons, the cows changed color to white with the first E4 box. Strangely enough, the model number usually found on both bottom corners of the front and back of the box were missing the left one! Maybe they wanted to correct this awkward situation when the E4R box was made, as it features the model numbers correctly. All E boxes for 37C have light blue sides and are size 4.

The first F box for this model shows white cows descending from the box, which is dark gray. ALP is the bottom lettering configuration, just like the second variation that shows the same drawing but with a light gray box. A MIR1 bottom littering config was also used for that one.

End flap closers have 4 different patterns for the F2 boxes: the dark box variation was released without any writing, then with “TM”. The light gray variation also exists with “TM”, as well as “MK2”. F2 boxes are of size 6.

RARITY

The NEW MODEL variation is a bit less common, and so is the white cow variation without the #37 at bottom left. You may also find any of the F2 boxes to be a little harder to find than the common E boxes.
