GENERAL INFO

The 31B American Ford Station Wagon is a different model from 31A and of course, we would expect a different box for it! However, the first box illustrates the 31A, reusing the first B4 made for it, on a B5 box. The end flap reads “Ford Station Wagon”. The second B5, now fully showing a 31B, has no background.. This time, the end flap reads “American Ford Station Wagon”!

Two C boxes were also made. The first one shows the model with no lines underneath, while the second has them. On the second C box, we can also observe that the number are further away from the model.

Two major variations exist from the D boxes, one D1 type and the other, D2 type. The model is green with a pink roof and silver wheels. The end flap loses its “American” to read simply “Ford Station Wagon” again.

All boxes are size 3.

RARITY

The first B5 box is less common than the second one and both C boxes, like any boxes of this type, are less common.
