GENERAL INFO

Introduced in 1958, the second Bedford Wreck Truck first used the same box as the latest from 13A, before coming with a new drawing with hook facing rear, red hubs, narrow “N” and round numbers. This major variation was made available in B2 and B3 styles. Then came a box with different front and back, with hook facing front and “straight 3”. One side has numbers slightly to the right of picture. This box can also be seen in B2 and B3 sub-types.

The first size 3 box reused the previous image, but the side with the right number closer to model. Since the picture is a size 2, the box has the blue rectangle, and the type is B3.

Two B4 boxes followed; the first reuses the picture on the blue rectangle box, but the picture is stretched to fit the size 3, while the second is a brand-new drawing depicting the model with yellow hubs.

RARITY

The last B4 is the least common of the boxes for this model.
