GENERAL INFO
The first E2 box to be released for 11C depicts the early variation of the model – all in yellow – and has the “NEW MODEL” on end flaps. The same illustration would be used for the 4 following minor variation, including three E2 boxes with three different top/bottom combinations. Before the illustration was changed, a fifth variation was made available in E3 sub-type boxes.
A second major variation was then made, showing the red boom variation. This one was in E4 sub-type.
E3 and E4 end flaps bare the name “JUMBO CRANE”.
No F boxes were ever made as 11D replaced the model in early 1969, even though it would have been theoretically possible that an F box could have been made.
RARITY
The new model variation and the E3 variation are the less common boxes for 11C. But none of them really stand out as “rare”.
