Replacing the 3B Bedford Tipper in November 1967, the 3C Binz Ambulance was introduced in a NEW MODEL E4 box. This box probably did not last very long, because an E4R box, still with the NEW MODEL on end flaps, took over.
Three F2 boxes exist: the “ALP” bottom lettering box came with and without “TM” on end flap closers, before being replaced with an “LPC” bottom lettering box with “TM” on end flap closers.
While E boxes were size 7, F boxes were size 6.
Type for type, F boxes are less common. E boxes are quite easy to get.
