GENERAL INFO
The 2B Site Dumper first came in a small B1, size 2 box showing a black model with wide “N” model number. A similar B2 box replaced it, with taller “N” and numbers. The second B2, however, shows a very small model and small numbers away from the scroll.
A very similar drawing to the first B2 box was then made for the B3 variation, except for the model numbers being different, and was put on a size 3 box, completed by the blue square.
For the B4 box, Lesney opted for the very first illustration, stretched to fit a size 3 box. Finally, the very last B box, a B5 sub-type, introduced a new left/front view, as opposed to the traditional side view. The model is now red, with black/yellow wheels and red hubs.
That same box would be reused for the C box.
In total, seven major variations were made for the 2B model!
RARITY
The B4 box is likely the less common, along with the C box.
