The second Road Roller, 1B, was released in 1956 and wasn’t on the market very long. Thus, only B boxes were made for it. Five different ones were available, starting with a large drawing with dark black line underneath, thick pillars and small numbers. It was replaced with a box that had two different front and back, using a smaller model and taller numbers, one set being slightly to the left on one face. Those boxes were B1, size 1.
Followed three different B2, size 2 boxes. The first used a drawing of the model higher on the picture, smaller numbers away from the scroll and a dark line underneath the model. The second one has a smaller model, the line underneath isn’t as dark and model numbers are bigger and closer to the scroll.
Finally, another box was made which has the model pillars very thin, short numbers with a large “N” and the line underneath seems paler.
It is quite hard to identify a rarer box for this model, although the box with thin pillar is likely a bit less common.
