The 1B BP Pumps took over the 1A Esso Pumps in 1963, so it was first released in a D box. It shows the pumps in white with green lamp poles and a green employee. The end flap has NEW MODEL.
The E box, the only one ever produced for an Accessory Pack, shows an urban scene with the service man putting gas in a red Jaguard.
Hard to say which one of the boxes is the less common, but none if them is particularly scarce.
